Getting To (Coronary Care Unit)
- The most accessible route from the Main Patient and Visitor Car Park has a slight ramp or slope, uneven surfaces, a dropped kerb with tactile paving and a pedestrian crossing.

- Access to the Coronary Care Unit is via the Main Hospital Entrance.
- There is a drop-off point at this entrance.

- The Coronary Care Unit is located on the first floor of the main hospital building, in the right wing.
- The Coronary Care Unit is approximately 20m from the main lifts (3 and 4).
- Enter via the main hospital entrance.
Proceed straight ahead until you reach the main staircase and turn right towards the right wing corridor.
The main lifts (3 and 4) will be located at the start of the right wing corridor, on the left.
Take the lift to the first floor.
Exit the lift, turn left and continue straight along the right wing corridor.
The Coronary Care Unit is located along the corridor and on the left. - Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access, a lift and doors permanently held open.
- Some flooring along the route is shiny and patterned.
- There are resting areas along the route.
- Wayfinding signage is provided.
- Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
