Getting To (Gynaecology Ward)

  • The Gynaecology Ward is located on the ground floor of the main hospital building, along the right wing corridor and on the left.
  • The Gynaecology Ward is approximately 115m from the Main Hospital Entrance.
  • Enter via the main hospital entrance and proceed straight ahead until you reach the main staircase.
    Turn right at the main staircase and follow the right wing corridor to the rear.
    The entrance to the Gynaecology Ward and The Meadows Suite is on the left.
    Continue through this entrance and the ward entrance is straight ahead.
  • Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
  • Some flooring along the route is shiny and patterned.
  • There are resting areas along the route.

Parking (Main Patient and Visitor Car Park)

    • The car park is open air/surface.
    • The car park surface consists of tarmac.
    • There are 15+ designated Blue Badge parking bays available.
    • The Blue Badge bays are signposted and have markings which are faded.
