About Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is primarily a community-based service provider, delivering physical and mental health services to approximately two million people across a geographical area that includes Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Wiltshire, Swindon, Bath and North East Somerset.

Services are delivered in community-based settings, but the Trust also has a number of inpatient facilities for both mental and physical health services.

The Trust’s vision is to provide outstanding clinical care that leads to improved health outcomes for patients, service users, carers, and families – supporting everyone to live healthier and independent lives for longer. To deliver on this vision, Oxford Health NHS FT works in partnership with many other healthcare and public sector organisations.
