Service and Menus
View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers order food and drink from either the service counter or the touchscreens.
If customers order from the counter, staff inform them when their order is ready.
If customers order from the touchscreen, their order number is displayed on the screen and staff inform them when each order is ready. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- The type of food served here is fast food.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Music is played everywhere.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 110cm to 170cm from the floor.
- There is a button which will condense the screen content.
- The height of the button is 110cm from the floor.
- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 110cm to 130cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 95cm.
- The touchscreens have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.
- The height of the tent card rack is 115cm from the floor.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 85cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The order collection counter is 110cm high.
Seating Area (Next to McDonald's)
- The seating area is located to the right after you enter the services building.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are bench seats, stools, high stools, tables, chairs without armrests, long tables and high tables available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
- The surface height of the highest table is 105cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
