Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- Monday and Saturday 07:00 - 19:00. Tuesday - Thursday 07:00 - 18:00. Friday 07:00 - 21:00. Sunday 07:00 - 20:00. Opening times can vary throughout the year.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Access View
- Costa is located ahead and to the right as you enter.
- There is step-free access to Costa.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.

Toilet Facilities View

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered and a touchscreen ordering service available.
- Customers order their food and drink from the counter and staff inform them when their order is ready.
  Alternatively, use the touchscreens to order and collect when your order number is called.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Self-Service Touchscreens View
- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 95cm to 162cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 87cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.
Service Counter View
- The height of the counter is 94cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

The seating area is located to the front and rear of the service station.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are tables, high tables, sofas, bench seats, high stools and chairs without armrests available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 72cm.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 111cm.
The surface height of the lowest table is 73cm.
The surface height of the highest table is 113cm.
Music is played everywhere.
There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.
