Service and Menus

- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered, full table service available via online app and a touchscreen ordering service available.
- Orders are placed at the service counter, or via the touch screens, and a member of staff will advise you when your order is ready.
The Costa ‘Click and Collect’ app can also be used. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus, picture wall menus and online menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold snacks.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 110cm to 170cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 80cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.

- The height of the counter is 107cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Seating Area
View
- There is step-free access throughout.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- There are some tables which are accessible to wheelchair users.
- In this area there are tables, armchairs, bench seats and a mixture of chairs with and without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
- The lighting levels are moderate to good.
