- This is a training café run by GROW Limited, which is open to the public and staffed by GROW Limited's crew, who gain experience in hospitality and catering while running the café.
- Much of the food is made from scratch on site by the crew, using ingredients sourced from GROW's own horticulture operations wherever possible.
