Getting To (Patient Transport Lounge)

The most accessible route from the Blue Badge Bays only parking has a slight ramp or slope, uneven surfaces and a dropped kerb.

Access to the Patient Transport Lounge is via the main entrance.

The Patient Transport Lounge is located on the ground floor in the Tower Block.
The Patient Transport Lounge is approximately 55m from the main entrance.
Enter the hospital via the main entrance and follow the main corridor ahead.
Turn left and continue along the main corridor.
The Patient Transport Lounge is located ahead and on the left hand side.
Internally the most accessible route has step-free level access and doors permanently held open.
Some flooring along the route is shiny.
There are resting areas along the route.
Wayfinding signage is provided.
Signage is clearly visible with high contrasting colours.
The following toilet facilities are available along the route; a toilet with adaptations (with right hand transfer) and standard toilets.

This entrance is located at the front of the Hillingdon Hospital, on the right hand side.
The entrance area is clearly signed.
