Getting To (Critical Care Unit (CCU))

  • Enter the hospital via the main entrance and proceed along the main corridor, through Area 1 and into Area 3.
    When you reach the end of the corridor, proceed along the corridor that is to the left and the lifts are located on the left.
    Take the lift to the first floor.
    On exiting the lift, proceed along the corridor to the right and the Corridor Entrance will be on the right hand side.
    Go through both sets of doors and the Critical Care Unit entrance is located ahead.
  • There is step free access, via lift, to the Critical Care Unit (CCU).
  • The Critical Care Unit (CCU) is approximately 15m from the lift.
  • There is a/are manual, double door(s) which may be difficult to open between the Area 7 corridor and the department/service.
  • There are not resting areas along the route.
