- Alliance Manchester Business School is a very large building with 10 floors.
- There are two main lifts and two main staircases within the building.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free and level.
- There is one push pad activated, single automatic doors available at the main entrance (accessible entrance) with the alternative being two manual revolving doors.
- The entrances are not named (signed as Alliance Manchester Business School).
- The accessible entrance provides step-free level access to the reception foyer on the ground floor.
Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors.
- Step-free level access to the first and second floor only, is via the lift to the right of the main staircase.
- On floors 6, 7, 8 and 9 there is stepped access to the upper landing.
To gain access to the upper landings select 6U, 7U, 8U and 9U when getting into the lift. - Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth, with some having a shiny finish or are carpeted.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas with a mixture of seating.
- Overhead and wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors to access some lobbies and corridors.

- The transfer space varies between left and right in the toilets with adaptations.
