- The refectory and coffee shop are located on level 2, at the top of the lower escalators.

- The most accessible route has a lift and manual doors.
- There is step-free level access into the refectory and coffee shop.
- There is open access to the refectory and coffee shop.

- Monday 09:00 - 14:30.
- Tuesday 09:00 - 14:30.
- Wednesday 09:00 - 14:30.
- Thursday 09:00 - 14:30.
- Friday 09:00 - 14:30.
- Saturday Closed.

- The refectory is located on the level 2 at the top of the lower escalators.

- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered, staff who can provide assistance with ordering and designated seating.
- Full table service is not available.
- Menus are wall-mounted, digital, online, displayed on the counter and available on a mobile phone app.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: takeaway cutlery.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- Drinking straws are available from the coffee shop counter.

- The clear height under some of the tables is suitable for wheelchair users.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
