Access To
- Pool Street Café is located to the left of the entrance into One Pool Street on the ground floor.

- The most accessible route has step-free level access.
- There is no signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access into the Pool Street Café.
- There are double automatic doors which open away from you.
- The push pad for the automatic doors is at a height of 75cm.
- The width of the opening is 134cm.
- The doors have a low visual contrast.
- There is a push pad or push button to exit at a height of 75cm.
- There is also a single width external manual door into the café to the left of the accessible entrance to One Pool Street.

- This area has a counter where food and drink can be ordered and designated seating.
- Full table service is not available.
- Menus are wall-mounted, online, displayed on the counter and available on a mobile phone app.
- The following dietary requirements can be catered for: gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, nut allergy, vegetarian and vegan.
- The following are available: takeaway cups and takeaway cutlery.
- There is a clearly signed fixed hearing assistance system.
- The hearing assistance system was tested, however it was not working at the time of the survey.
- Cold items are stored in a fridge with glass sliding doors.

- Some tables are fixed.

- The clear height under the tables is suitable for wheelchair users.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
- Lighting levels vary due to the use of large glazed walls.
- There is additional seating available within the main One Pool Street reception foyer.
