Access Guide
Access To (Prayer Room)
- The Prayer Room is located to the rear left of the building on floor 0, to the left as you enter through the main entrance, along the teaching laboratories corridor, then to the right and right again after the lift (left of the building).

- The most accessible route has step-free level access, manual doors, automatic doors and shiny flooring.
- There is written text and numbered signage on or near the entrance.
- There is step-free level access to enter the Prayer Room.
- There is a single manual door which opens away from you.
- The width of the opening is 75cm.
- The door has a low visual contrast.
- The Prayer Room is open whenever the building is.
Prayer Room
- The Prayer Room is a small room with low-pile carpet flooring and no windows, although it does have a clear 150cm x 150cm turning space. Lighting levels are even, without glare. There may be prayer mats covering part of the floor, which could pose a trip hazard. There is a high colour contrast between the walls and floor. A privacy screen is available. There is no seating in the room. There are also two shelves at heights of 135cm and 189cm.
