- Elm Grove refers to the Elm Grove Conference Centre which is located centrally within the Digby Stuart College Campus between the Sir David Bell building and Lee House, at the north end of the Elm Grove Halls North Court courtyard, close to the Library.

Getting Inside
- There is a slope with a very easy gradient on the approach to the Elm Grove Conference Centre.
- This approach is for access to the main entrance, and to a courtyard through a covered walkway.
- There are 3 entrances into Elm Grove.
- The entrance to the front of the building provides access to the Conference Centre reception.
- There are also 2 courtyard entrances either side of the front of the courtyard into the ground floors of H Block and P Block.
- These entrances have key card operated automatic doors which open towards you.
- The main Conference Centre entrance is signed 'Elm Grove'.
- The courtyard entrances are signed simply for the block name, 'H' for H Block, and 'P' for P Block.
- The entrance to H Block is also named as 'Guest Room Entrance'.
- The Conference Centre entrance provides step-free level access to the Conference Centre reception on the ground floor.
- There is an internal entrance into P Block from Elm Grove Hall N Block on the ground floor. There is only stepped access at this entrance.
- There are further internal entrances into H and P Blocks from Elm Grove Hall J and N Blocks on the first to third floors. There is a slope with a slight gradient before these entrances on the third floor.
- A key card is required for access at these entrances.
Getting Around
- There is step-free access via lift throughout the building on all floors.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are hard and smooth with some being shiny and patterned.
- There is seating in the H Block lift lobby on the first and second floors, and in the H and P Block lift lobbies on the third floor.
- Wall mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are manual doors in the accommodation corridor on the second floor, and along circulation routes on the third and fourth floors.

Reception (Conference Centre)
- The reception is located on the left after the Conference Centre entrance.
- The distance from the Conference Centre entrance is 5m.
- There is step-free level access to reception.
- The height of the reception desk is 100cm.
- There is a lowered section at the desk.
- The height of the lowered section is 76cm.
- The reception has a television.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
- There is no (or very little) background noise in this area.
- Lighting levels were even at the time of the survey.
- Lighting levels are adjustable.

- The ground, first, second, third and fourth floors are accessed by this lift.
