Introduction - SEA LIFE London Aquarium

  • The Sea Life London Aquarium is located on the ground floor of County Hall on the South Bank of the River Thames in central London, near the London Eye.

Opening Times

  • On Saturdays, bank holidays and school half term’s, SEA LIFE London will be open from 09:30 - 19:00 with the last entry at 18:00.
  • On all other days and dates, SEA LIFE London is open from 10:00 - 18:00 with last entry at 17:00.

Getting Here

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
  • There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
  • There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
  • Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
  • There are mobility aids available.
  • The mobility aids available include wheelchairs.
  • To obtain mobility aids please contact a member of staff.

Access to SEA LIFE London

  • There are three entrances to SEA LIFE London.
  • The Tickets Entrances has stepped access, the Ticket Holders Entrance has ramped access and the Fast Track and VIP Experience entrance has level free access.
  • On weekdays tickets can only be purchased from the main ticket counter.
  • on weekdays the steps at the Tickets entrance can be overcome by using the Ticket Holders entrance and ramp.
  • On weekends, wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments are able to use the Fast Track and VIP Experience Entrance and purchase tickets at the Fast Track and VIP Experience counter.

Outside Access (Tickets Entrance - Stepped)
