The service counter is 95cm above the floor. There are screens at the service counter which could affect someone's ability to lip read. There is a self-service till point within the store. The self-service till point is to the left of the service counter. The product scanner and moveable payment terminal are 110cm above the floor. There is a touch screen with control heights 124cm - 146cm above the floor. The self-service till point does not have a counter.
