- KFC is open 10:00 - 22:00 Monday to Sunday.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.

- KFC is located to the far right as you enter the services building.
- There is step-free access to KFC.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is a dark mat or floor marking at this entrance area which may look like a hole to some people.

Service and Menus
View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order at the counter or touchscreen. Once ordered, customers will receive an order number that gets called out when the food and drink is ready to collect.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and picture wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is fast food.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.

Self-Service Touchscreens

- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 115cm to 170cm from the floor.
- There is a button which will condense the screen content.
- The height of the button is 115cm from the floor.
- Once condensed the touchscreen heights are 115cm to 145cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 115cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.
- There are four self-service touchscreens available.

Service Counter

- The height of the counter is 109cm.
- There is a lowered section of the counter.
- The height of the lowered section at the counter is 95cm.
- There is not a clear knee recess beneath the lowered section of the counter.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.
- The lighting levels are good.
Seating Area
- The seating area is located ahead and to the right as you enter from the main entrance.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are tables, booths, bench seats and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Tables are not permanently fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 73cm.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
- Lighting levels are good.
- There is a/are hand sanitiser(s) in this area.
- The height of the hand sanitiser(s) is/are 84cm.
