Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- The opening times are 07:00 to 15:00 Monday to Sunday.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Access View
- Subway is located at the rear left of the services building.
- There is step-free access to Subway.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.

Toilet Facilities View
- Accessible toilet facilities are located to the rear right of the services building.

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Orders are placed at the right hand side of the counter.
  Orders are paid for and collected at the left hand side of the till.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; picture wall menus and written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is hot and cold subs, salads, and snacks.
- Plastic/takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Background music is played throughout this area.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
Service Counter View
- The height of the counter is 89cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

Self-Service Counter View
- The height of the self-service counter is 89cm.
- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is placed in front of a plain background.
- The self-service counter is used to dispense your own cold drinks which have been paid for at the standard counter.

The seating area is located to the rear of the services building as you enter.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are high tables, tables, bench seats, chairs without armrests and high stools available.
Some chairs are fixed to tables and the floor.
Some tables are fixed to the floor.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the lowest table is 72cm.
