Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- Opening times are 06:00 - 11:30 daily.
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.
- There is not a hearing assistance system.
Access View
- The Good Breakfast is located between Subway and Burger King.
- There is step-free access to The Good Breakfast.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There are moveable / retractable queue belt barriers ahead of the ordering counter.
  The barrier poles do contrast visually with the flooring.
  Customers may go around these barriers as required.

Toilet Facilities View
- Accessible toilet facilities are located to the right from the services building front entrance.

Service and Menus View
- There is a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Orders are placed on the right hand side of the counter.
  Orders are prepared immediately and served over the counter, or to the left of the counter.
  Payment is taken to the left of the counter.
- Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is breakfasts only.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.
- Music is played everywhere.
- There is not a hearing assistance system .
Self-Service Touchscreens View
- Self-service touchscreens are not available for ordering.
Service Counter View
- The height of the counter is 89cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

The seating area is located ahead from the services building front entrance.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are chairs without armrests, high stools, high tables, bench seats, tables and armchairs available.
Chairs are not permanently fixed to the floor.
Some tables are fixed to the floor.
The distance between the floor and the underside of the highest table is 100cm.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
The surface height of the highest table is 105cm.
The surface height of the tables is 74cm.
Music is played everywhere.
There is some flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
Lighting levels are good.
There is a Baby Zone with a microwave for preparing baby food. The height of the zone counter is 91cm.
