Summary

Getting Help and Assistance View
- There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
- British Sign Language interpreters cannot be provided on request.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available on request from the main building.

Access View
- Burger King is located at the rear of the venue.
- There is step-free access to Burger King.

- The Changing Places facility is located to the right after you enter.

Service and Menus View
- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen, a counter where food and drink can be ordered and full table service available via online app.
- Customers can order food and drink via the touchscreen, via the Welcome Break app or at the counter.
  Customers are notified their order is ready by the screen over the counter or by a member of staff.
- Menu types include; online menus and menu boards.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is fast food.
- Takeaway cups are available.
- Adapted cups are not available.
- Adapted cutlery is not available.
- Drinking straws are available.

Self-Service Touchscreens View
- Self-service touchscreens are available for ordering.
- The touchscreens are 115cm to 180cm from the floor.
- The lowest height of the touchscreen card machines is 90cm.
- The touchscreens do not have tent cards which you can use to get food and drink delivered to tables.
Service Counter View
- The height of the counter is 97cm.
- There is not a lowered section of the counter.
- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.
- The counter is not placed in front of a plain background.
- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

The seating area is located at the centre of the services.
There is step-free access to the seating area.
There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
In this area there are high tables, tables, high stools, booths and chairs without armrests available.
Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
Some tables are fixed to the floor.
The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
The surface height of the highest table is 105cm.
Music is played everywhere.
There is flooring which is shiny and could cause issues with glare or look slippery to some people.
There is some flooring which includes patterns or colours which could be confusing or look like steps or holes to some people.
Lighting levels are moderate to good.
