- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers make their order at either the touchscreen or the counter and are notified when their order is ready by the screen over the counter or by a member of staff.

- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.

- There are windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.

Seating Area
- The seating area is located at the centre of the services.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are high tables, tables, high stools, booths and chairs without armrests available.
- Some chairs are fixed to the floor.
- Some tables are fixed to the floor.
- The standard height for the underside of tables is 72cm.
