- There is step-free access to KFC.

- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order at the counter or touchscreen.
Once ordered, customers will receive an order number that gets called out when the food and drink is ready to collect. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; written wall menus and online menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
