- KFC is located on the left as you enter the services building.
- There is step-free access to KFC.

- There is a food and drink ordering touchscreen and a counter where food and drink can be ordered.
- Customers can order at the counter or touchscreen.
Once ordered, customers will receive an order number that gets called out when the food and drink is ready to collect. - Staff can bring food and/or drinks to tables.
- Menu types include; online menus and written wall menus.
- Menus are clearly written.
- Menus are presented in contrasting colours.
- Staff can read menus to customers if requested.
- The type of food served here is fast food.

- There are no windows, TVs, glazed screens or mirrors at/behind the counter.

- There is a moveable card machine available for payment.

- The seating area is located to the left and right of the main entrance.
- There is step-free access to the seating area.
- There is sufficient space for a wheelchair user to use the seating area.
- In this area there are tables, coffee tables, chairs without armrests and chairs with armrests available.
- Chairs are not permanently fixed to the floor.
