Getting To The Hospital

  • By Road View
    • Head west on Talgarth Road/A4.
      Keep left to continue on Talgarth Road for 0.2 miles.
      Use any lane and turn slightly left onto Talgarth Road/A219/A315.
      Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto Fulham Palace.
      Continue for 0.3 miles and Charing Cross Hospital is located on the left.
      When possible, we strongly encourage you to use public transport to travel to and from Charing Cross Hospital.
      If you decide to travel by car, please plan your journey in advance.
      We have a small number of car parking spaces. There is also a pick-up and drop-off point directly outside the hospital’s main entrance which patients and visitors can use.
    • Parking costs £2.40 per hour.
      Please ensure you have enough change to pay for and display your ticket in the windscreen of your vehicle.
      There are 10 designated parking bays at the front of the hospital which are free for Blue Badge holders.
      Please make sure you display a valid blue badge in the windscreen of your vehicle.

    • Please use the Transport for London bus map to help you find your way to hospital.
    • There is an onsite bus stop.
    • The nearest bus stop is located just outside the hospital site on Fulham Palace Road.
      Bus numbers 190, 211, 220, 295, N11, and N97 stop here.
    • The bus stop located on Fulham Palace Road is sheltered with four fixed benches.
      There is no designated wheelchair space.

    • Kensington Olympia overground railway station is approximately a 22 minute walk from the hospital.
  • By Underground View
    • Baron’s Court, situated in Zone two on the Piccadilly line, is the closest underground station to Charing Cross Hospital.
      It is approximately a nine minute walk from the hospital.
      Hammersmith underground station, which is situated in Zone Two on the Circle, Hammersmith and City, District and Piccadilly lines, is approximately a 10 minute walk or five minute bus ride from the hospital.
      West Kensington underground station, which is situated in Zone Two on the District line, is approximately a 15 minute walk from the hospital.

Getting To (Charing Cross Hospital - Clinical Health Psychology and Neuropsychology)

  • Access to Clinical Health Psychology and Neuropsychology is via the main entrance.
  • Enter the hospital via the main entrance and proceed along the main corridor on the left.
    Continue along this corridor, then the enter the main tower lifts 1 to 4.
    Take the lift to the tenth floor.
    Exit the lift and turn right.
    After a short distance the entrance to Clinical Health Psychology and Neuropsychology will be located on the left.
