Ramada Plaza Resort and Suites International Drive offers generally good accessibility, with step-free level access at the main entrance and throughout the majority of the hotel. Lifts provide access between floors in both the North and South Towers, while ramps provide step-free access to areas including the restaurant, bar, main pools and South Tower accommodation. 

The hotel has 298 bedrooms, including 22 adapted bedrooms. All adapted bedrooms have ensuites with wheel-in showers, with some also offering adjoining rooms. Adapted bedroom features can include grab rails, a shower seat, medication fridge, flashing fire alarm and TV with subtitles. 

There are 7 adapted toilets throughout the hotel, together with 9 designated Blue Badge parking bays, free parking and a designated drop-off point. Assistance dogs are welcome. Guests should be aware of some slight slopes, uneven surfaces, narrow walkways and areas of shiny or patterned flooring, as well as varying lighting and background noise. There is no hearing assistance system available.
