Standard lifts serve all floors, although some areas within the grounds have stepped access or require the use of slopes and ramps. 

The hotel has 383 bedrooms, including 1 adapted bedroom, which has step-free access and an accessible ensuite with a wheel-in shower, shower seat and grab rails. Dogs are welcome, and a range of accessibility equipment can be borrowed or hired, including a manual wheelchair, walking aids, vibrating pillows, a raised toilet seat and shower chair. 

There are 6 adapted toilets within the resort, plus an additional adapted toilet at the Purobeach Restaurant. The hotel has 4 designated Blue Badge parking bays, free parking for Blue Badge holders and a designated drop-off point. A fixed hearing assistance system is available. Guests should be aware that some outdoor routes feature steep ramps, cobbled or uneven surfaces and narrow paths, while some internal areas have shiny or patterned flooring and varying lighting levels.
