Wine and Books by the Sea Algarve Resort offers generally good accessibility, with step-free level access at the main entrance, to all bedrooms and throughout the hotel. Lifts provide step-free access between floors, and the majority of the resort grounds are also step-free, with surfaced paths and seating available along some routes.

The resort has 250 bedrooms, including 1 adapted bedroom, which has step-free access and an accessible ensuite with a wheel-in shower, shower seat and grab rails. The room also has a TV with subtitles and wheelchair manoeuvring space within the ensuite. Dogs are welcome. 

There are 3 adapted toilets, 1 designated Blue Badge parking bay, free parking and a designated drop-off point. Step-free access towards the beach is available via a boardwalk and ramp. Guests should be aware of some uneven, cobbled and patterned surfaces, low lighting in certain areas, and steps to bedroom balconies. There is no hearing assistance system available.
