- This ride has separate access for Reserve and Ride, Standard Passes and Ride Access Passes.
- The minimum standing height restriction is 1.1m.
- Guests under 1.1m high must accompanied by an adult aged 16 or over.
- The maximum chest size restriction is 129 inches.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for guests with back, heart or neck conditions.
- This ride includes rigorous motion and / or velocity and is therefore not recommended for expectant mothers.
- Assistance dogs may accompany their owner to the ride access point, where they will need to be cared for by a member of their group until they return.
- Guests need to be able to transfer into the ride vehicle, this can be with assistance from a member of their group.
- For safety reasons, due to the speed and motion of this ride guests must be able to keep their head upright without assistance.
- This ride/attraction is not suitable for Adventurers with high blood pressure, motion sickness, Adventures wearing a medical cast and those under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

- Non-ambulant Adventurers must be accompanied by a minimum of 2 carers to aid in loading and unloading.
Non-ambulant adventurers are allowed on the ride, however, the number of rides per cycle depends on how busy the ride is and down to the operators discretion. - Ride Access Passes please enter via the Ride Access Pass / Reserve and Ride queue line.
