Getting Help and Assistance

- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are mobility aids available.
- The mobility aids available include wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
- To obtain mobility aids please contact Guest Services.
- There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.

Sensory Room
- The sensory room is located in Adventure Point.

The height of the seating is 45cm.
Sensory facilities include a sequin tactile panel, infinity tunnel, interactive light and bubble plinth, fibre optic shower curtain and floor tactile, interactive bubble panel, UV tactile, UV fibre optics, and an interactive projector.
Music can be played in the sensory room, or it can be turned off as required.
The sensory space will usually be staffed.
