COVID-19 Information

  • The information in this section was taken in November 2020.
  • The services are open 24 hours, however, some of the food services and other services opening times within the building may vary subject to government regulations.
  • There are separate doors for entering and exiting.

Getting Here

  • The services are located on the M5 Northbound off Junction 38.
    After exiting the junction at the roundabout take the 3rd exit on the roundabout.
    The services can only be accessed from the M5 northbound.
  • There is clear signage along the motorway indicating the distance to the services.
  • There are 5 Blue Badge parking bays, 2 Ecotricity Electric Vehicle Charging Points, 4 Ionity Electric Vehicle Charging Points, several parent and child parking bays and numerous standard parking bays available.
  • Coaching parking is available at the north end of the car park.
