- Glasgow Prestwick Airport is located off the A79 to the north of Prestwick. The A79 is linked from the A78 to Greenock and the A77 to Glasgow or Stranraer via the Monkton and Dutch House roundabouts to the north.
- There are several car parks located close to the Terminal Building and Arrivals Hall. Car Park 1 and the Drop Off/Pick Up point is located directly in front of the building. Car Park 2 is located to the raised car parking area to the right of the building. Car Park 3 is located on the opposite side of the roundabout from the main car parks, down beside the railway line.

- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the venue.
