About Highland Wildlife Park

The Royal Zoological Society of Scotland's (RZSS) Highland Wildlife Park is set in the stunning Cairngorms National Park, covering 260 acres of the Scottish Highlands.  The park is open seven days a week and offers breathtaking views and a range of amazing animals.  You will have the chance to see native animals like Scotland's wildcat, as well as species from around the world including snow leopards, Amur tigers, Japanese macaques and Scotland's only polar bears.  You can also drive around the reserve, where you will see many hoofed animals, including deer, elk, vicuna and bison.

The Highland Wildlife Park is a gateway to the natural world, where you can experience nature, learn about the challenges facing wildlife and discover how our wildlife conservation charity harnesses the unique power of the RZSS family to save animals from extinction.  Together we can create a world where nature is protected, valued and loved.
