Getting To (Lindo Wing - Postnatal Ward)

  • The most accessible route from the Blue Badge bays on South Wharf Road has uneven surfaces, a dropped kerb and a steep ramp or slope.

  • The Lindo Wing - Postnatal Ward is approximately 2m from the Lindo Wing Accessible Lift.
  • Enter the Mary Stanford Building via the entrance on South Wharf Road.
    Turn immediately left and enter the Lindo Wing via the Lindo Wing - Step-Free Access via Mary Stanford Wing entrance.
    Turn right and enter the Lindo Wing - Outpatients and Therapies department on the Ground Floor.
    Report to the Lindo Wing Reception on your left to sign-in, if necessary.
    Inside the Lindo Wing - Outpatients and Therapies department, turn left and take the Lindo Wing Accessible Lift to the fourth floor.
    Exit the lift, and the entrance to the Lindo Wing - Postnatal Ward is immediately ahead of you.
  • Internally the most accessible route has a steep ramp or slope, manual doors, doors permanently held open, a lift and narrow walkways.
  • Some flooring along the route is shiny.
  • There are resting areas along the route.
