About Kettering General Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

Kettering is an acute hospital with around 600 beds and a 24-hour Emergency Department (A&E). In addition to the full range of district general hospital care, KGH also provides some specialist services including cardiac care for the county. It has inpatient, day case, diagnostic, maternity and outpatient facilities with a dedicated children’s ward and outpatients.

Services are delivered from the main hospital, and from outpatient facilities at Nene Park in Irthlingborough, Corby Health Complex and Isebrook Hospital in Wellingborough. KGH also has a dermatology unit at Prospect House in Kettering.

Please note: Both Kettering and Northampton General Hospitals are undergoing substantial building works, so for our latest maps which include access routes and car parks, please visit our website.

The Trust has partnered with Sign Solutions to support British Sign Language (BSL) users and other non-verbal communicators.

This service offers:

  • Face-to-face interpreting
  • Video Remote Interpreting
  • A Video Relay Service, allowing patients to contact hospital departments by telephone
