- The Faculty of Classics (Classics Stage 2 and 3) is a medium-sized building with 3 floors.

Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free level.
- The Faculty of Classics (Classics Stage 2 and 3) building has two entrances. Entrance 2 provides step-free access via a slight ramp to the bottom of the stairs (right of building), and Room G.19 on the ground floor. There is no internal step-free access from here to any other areas of the ground floor. There are double manual doors at this entrance (with one leaf locked). Entrance 3 provides step-free access via a steep ramp to all areas of the ground floor, and all other floors via the lift. There are push-pad activated double automatic doors at this entrance.
- The entrances are signed as Entrance 2 and Entrance 3.
- Entrance 3 provides step-free access via a steep ramp to all areas of the ground floor, and all other floors via the lift.

Getting Around
- There is step-free level access throughout the building on all floors, and step free level access to all floors via lift.
- Floor surfaces along circulation routes consist of low pile carpet, shiny wood and shiny block paving, the latter of which has an uneven surface.
- There are resting areas in some circulation and lobby areas, with a mixture of seating.
- Wall-mounted wayfinding signage is provided throughout the building.
- There are not manual doors in any circulation corridors, only to access stairwells.

- This entrance is located to the front left of the building.
- The entrance area is clearly signed.
- There is not a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at the entrance.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance.
- The ramp has a steep gradient.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide with no handrails.
- There is a key fob/card reader at a height of 91cm.
- There are double automatic doors at this entrance.
- The doors open towards you.
- There is a push pad at a height of 75cm.
- The width of the opening is 111cm.
- The doors have a medium visual contrast.
- There is a push pad or push button to exit at a height of 100cm.
- There is step-free level access as you enter.
Lift (Main Lift)
- The lift surveyed is located immediately to the right as you enter the building through Entrance 3.
- The distance from Entrance 3 is 4m.
- The most accessible route to the lift has step-free level access and automatic doors.
- Floors ground, 1 and 2 are accessed by this lift.
- The lift door has a high visual contrast.

- The handrails are easy to grip.
- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
