This Access Guide has been made possible thanks to:
The University of Liverpool is delighted to be working with AccessAble to ensure that all of our students, staff, customers, and visitors have clear information on the accessibility of our campus and our buildings.
The University is located in the Liverpool Knowledge Quarter, close to the city centre; as well as the Leahurst Veterinary Campus and the Ness Botanical Gardens on the Wirral. The main campus is located at the top of Brownlow Hill / Mount Pleasant where the vast majority of our buildings are located within the campus boundaries.
The University was founded in 1881, which means that our building range in age from the mid-1800’s to newly complete modern facilities. As a result the accessibility of the campus can vary and we hope that these guides provide you will enough information to plan your visit to our campus.
COVID-19
Due to COVID-19 and social distancing measures, we have implemented various one-way systems on campus and within our buildings. Please be aware that the current building access routes may differ from those outlined within the guides.
