Introduction
- Services / facilities within the building include Lower Ground Floor - Interaction & Interface Design Studios, Lens Based Technology DLG 01 - DLG 12 Ground Floor - Archives and Special Collections, Well Gallery, DG 01 - DG 09 First Floor - Design Studios, Student Project & Assessment Hand In Room, D1 01 - D1 15 Second Floor - Postgraduate Design Studios, D2 01 - D2 14 Third Floor - Illustration & Visual Media Studios, D3 01 - D3 13 Fourth Floor - Head of College Office, D4 01 - D4 10.
- The entrance is located on the first floor of the London College of Communication. The Design Block can be accessed via The Street. Head into the Workshop Block and take the lift to the first floor. Exit the Workshop Block onto The Street and enter the Design Block via the Design Block Main Entrance.

- The building is located off Newington Butts, which is part of the A3.
It is just inside, but right on the edge, of the Congestion Zone. - There is a small car park for pre-arranged visitors and staff to the right of the College site, inside the Congestion Zone.
There is permit holder only parking off Oswin Street, also in the Congestion Zone.

- Along Newington Butts there are Bus stops S, T, P and V.

Access to Archives & Special Collections, Well's Gallery, DG 02 and DG 03

- However there is a more accessible route to all these areas. To access the Archives & Special Collections step-free it is necessary to report to main reception so that a member of staff can open up and lead you to the accessible route on the ground floor of the Design Block.
- To access the Well's Gallery, DG 02 & DG 03 you will need to travel through Archives and Special Collections via the route described above and head down the singular shallow step at the doorway which can be seen in photograph 2.
- There is no step-free access to these areas.
