Show Easy Read

Getting Help and Assistance

  • There is a member of staff available for help and assistance.
  • There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language.
  • There is an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
  • Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
  • There are mobility aids available.
  • The mobility aids available include wheelchairs.
  • To obtain mobility aids please contact a member of staff at the Visitor Centre. Wheelchairs are available on a first come first serve basis.
  • There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people who may feel scared or at risk.
  • A place of safety can be made available with the Savill Garden Visitor Centre which is within the office space.

Getting Here

  • By Road View
    • The Savill Garden Visitor Centre is located off Wick Road.
    • The Savill Garden Visitor Centre has its own car park with Blue Badge parking bays.
  • By Bus View
    • There is not a bus stop within 150 metres of the venue.
  • By Train View
    • The nearest railway stations are Egham, Windsor Central, Windsor and Eton Riverside, Ascot and Virginia Water.
      From London Paddington, First Great Western trains operate a service to Windsor Central via a change at Slough.
      South West Trains operate services from London Waterloo to the other stations.
      A taxi will be needed to complete your journey to the Park, this usually takes around 15 to 20 minutes depending on traffic.

  • The quiet space is a space set aside from the hustle and bustle of the fun being had at Adventure Play. It is a small quiet room with reduced sensory stimulation to help a child or adult relax. If you think this might be needed during your visit, we recommend that you locate it at the beginning of your session.
  • There is a rope bridge leading from the treehouse with the adapted slide to get to the other areas. The rope bridge is on a slope.
  • The other treehouses have stepped access or narrow rope bridges.
