Accessibility Overview

The resort provides accommodation in a five-storey building and it is mostly accessible via step-free level pathways, with some ramps of varying degrees. There are 3 lifts.

There is step-free level access to the toilets with adaptations for disabled people, the standard toilets and the lifts.

There is step-free level access to the main entrance. Access to restaurants varies, some are step free with level access, some are accessible via ramps and some via stairs. There is step free level access to the Gym and Padel Courts which are across the road from the main hotel grounds. There is also step free level access to and throughout the spa.

Access to the beach is from the rear of the hotel, access is via a steep ramp or steps.

The resort has 284 rooms, 9 of which have some adaptations for disabled people. All 9 rooms have step free level access. We were able to survey room number 343 on the third floor. The room has an ensuite bathroom with a wheel-in shower. There are dropdown rails on both sides of the toilet and one grab rail in the shower.

Some mobility equipment is available to hire at reception. There are no adjoining rooms available.
