About Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust

Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust provides integrated healthcare to a third of London's population, Milton Keynes and areas beyond.

We treat people with a variety of health needs. In broad terms, these include common physical health problems, long-term conditions, mental health, learning disabilities, eating disorders, addictions and sexual health. We are here to provide support for people through every stage of life.

The majority of our services are provided in the community, which means treating people in their homes or from clinics close to home. Where community care is not possible we offer a number of facilities to treat people in hospital or residential environments. We also provide healthcare in prisons in London and the surrounding areas.

We are committed to providing services that meet the needs of the people who use them, and we actively encourage involvement from local people who can help make a difference.

Covid-secure measures

All our sites are following government guidelines on coronavirus (Covid-19). As a result, some temporary changes to our services will have been made to make sure you are as safe as possible during your visit. You may find the following changes in place:

• Hours of operation are different
• Entrance and exit doors have been changed to allow for social distancing and are clearly marked
• Additional hygiene measures, including hand sanitizing, are installed at entrances and throughout our sites
• Floor signage to help with social distancing
• Staff maintaining 2 metres social distancing where possible
• Staff wearing face masks and/or clear visors and should be regularly sanitising their hands
