Entrance (Check-in Hall, by WHSmith)
- This entrance is located at the front of the building, to the right.
- There is step-free level access at the entrance.
- The entrance area is not clearly signed.
- There is a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at this entrance.
- There are no help points available.
- There are double manual doors which are permanently open.
- The width of the opening is 157cm.

Arrivals

- The lowered section of the counter is at a height of 83cm.
- There is a clear knee recess beneath the lowered section of the counter.

Toilet and Changing Facilities

- Toilets with adaptations are located on the first floor near the lift and stairs, just inside the entrances to the female and male toilets.
- All toilets with adaptations have a left hand transfer space.
- Step-free male and female toilet facilities are located on the first floor, near the lift and stairs.
- Step-free standard toilets which include facilities for ambulant disabled people are located on the first floor, near the lift and stairs.
- Parent and baby changing facilities are located on the first floor near the lift and stairs, just inside the entrances to the female and male toilets.
- There is a toilet with adaptations with left hand transfer space in the adjoining Arrivals area on the ground floor, behind the lift.

Toilet with Adaptations (Arrivals - Right Hand Transfer)
- This toilet is located to the rear of the seating area in Arrivals.
- There is step-free level access into the toilet.
- There is pictorial signage on or near the door.
- The door to enter opens outwards and has a high visual contrast with the surrounding walls.
- The width of the toilet door opening is 80cm.
- The door has a lever twist lock.
- Internally the door has a high visual contrast.
- There is a grab rail on the internal door with a high visual contrast.
- The dimensions of the cubicle are 149cm x 200cm and it does not have a 150cm x 150cm turning space.
- There is a lateral transfer space to the left of the seat but it is obstructed.
- The lateral transfer space is 80cm (from the side of the toilet pan to the wall).
- There is a lever flush on the non transfer side.
- There is a horizontal grab rail on the non transfer side.
