Getting Here
- From the M4, take junction 25a or 26 and follow signage to the Cwmbran Centre.
- The Cwmbran Centre has 3000 parking spaces split over 5 car parks. Blue Badge and parent and child bays are available in the car parks.

- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the shopping centre.
- There is a bus stop directly outside the Cwmbran Centre.

- The nearest railway station is Cwmbran.
- Cwmbran Station is approximately 0.7 mile (14 minute walk) from the Cwmbran Centre.

Getting Help and Assistance
- There is not a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information
- Guest Services Associates do receive training in escorting visually impaired people.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- A place of safety is available in the Shopping Centre Management Offices.
- The venue does not offer a quiet shopping experience.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are not available.
- There are mobility aids available.
- The mobility aids available include tri wheel walkers, motorised wheelchairs, mobility scooters, walking frames, wheelchairs and walking sticks.

- The Bus Station is located of Glyndwr Road adjacent to Gwent Square.
- Access to the bus station is via North Walk and Gwent Square from the shopping centre.
- The pathway on the approach to the bus terminal is level with block paving (shown in photograph 1-3).
- The approach to the bus station from Glyndwr Road has a slight slope with a mixture of block paving and concrete flagstones.

Bus Station
