Getting Inside
- The approach to the building is step-free and level.
- The Founder's North Tower has one entrance.
This entrance provides step-free access via a steep ramp to the ground floor of the building. - The entrance is not signed.
Getting Around
- There is stepped access throughout the building only.
- Floor surfaces along all circulation routes are carpeted and smooth.
- There are no resting/seating areas in circulation areas.
- Wayfinding signage is limited throughout the building.
- There are not manual doors in any circulation areas, only to access stairwells.
Entrance (Main Entrance - Founder's North Tower)
- This entrance is located at the front of Founder's Building.
- The approach to the entrance has uneven surfaces.
- The entrance area is not clearly signed.
- There is a canopy or recess which provides weather protection at the entrance.
- There is step-free access via ramp at the entrance.
- The ramp has a steep gradient.
- The ramp is between 75cm and 150cm wide with a central handrail.

Stairs
- The stairs surveyed are located to the left as you enter.
- There is a single manual door to access the stairwell.
- The ground, first, second and third floor can be accessed by these stairs.

- The steps are unmarked and have a handrail on the right going up.
- The handrail is easy to grip.
- The handrail covers the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrail does not extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.
