About Warwick Conferences

Located in the heart of the UK at the University of Warwick, Warwick Conferences operates four flexible conference, meeting and event venues on the outskirts of Coventry.

We offer a vast range of meeting facilities for 2 - 1,200 delegates- including tiered lecture theatres and creative meeting spaces. Our training and conference centres, Scarman and Radcliffe are complemented by hotel-styled accommodation and award-winning catering.

Our exclusive use venue, The Slate is a flexible fully open, flat space that can be personalised in any way. For larger events up to 1,200, Warwick Conferences uses the eclectic and extraordinary spaces available within the University of Warwick itself - including one of the largest arts centres outside of London. Our spaces are available all year round and we offer bespoke weekend packages.
