Festival Place is a 1.1m sq ft shopping centre situated in the centre of Basingstoke, just off the M3, housing over 140 big brand stores including Next, Marks & Spencer, Apple, and H&M.

It is home to over 20 mouthwatering eateries including BrewDog, Cote Brasserie, Las Iguanas, Ask Italian, Pizza Express, Wagamama, Pret, Five Guys, and Nando's and a 10-screen Vue multiplex cinema.

Festival Place provides you with a safe shopping experience. We employ a number of overt security measures but also operate a number of unseen, covert security measures for your protection.
