Introduction - Liverpool ONE
- Liverpool ONE is a shopping / leisure complex covering 42 acres in the centre of Liverpool.
- There are over 170 shops, bars and restaurants, plus an 18 screen cinema and indoor adventure golf course.
Getting Help and Assistance (Liverpool ONE)
- Security Officers and Cleaning Operatives receive Autism Awareness training.
- There is a member of staff trained in British Sign Language. Please phone the venue in advance for more information
- Guest Services Associates do receive training in escorting visually impaired people.
- The alternative formats documents can be provided in include; large print on request.
- There is not an assistance dog toilet or toileting area at the venue/nearby.
- There is a designated place of safety which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
- A place of safety is located at the Information and Tourist Centre.
- Some individual shops / stores offer the Quiet Shopping experience.
- Water bowls for assistance dogs are available.
- There are not mobility aids available.

Getting Here (Liverpool ONE)
- Liverpool ONE is located in the heart of the city centre.
You can enter Liverpool via the M53, M57, M58 and M62, and then follow the signs to the city centre and the Albert Dock.
There is directional signage to the shopping centre on most major roads approaching Liverpool ONE.
If you are using a Sat Nav, please use postcode L1 8LT for directions to Q-Park Liverpool ONE car park. - Liverpool ONE has three car parks available for access to the shopping centre.
All three car parks are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Parking charges apply to all visitors including Blue Badge holders.
Q-Park Liverpool ONE is the main car park for the shopping centre. There are 1900 car parking spaces and 46 Blue Badge bays.
Hanover Street car park has 554 parking spaces and 29 Blue Badge bays.

- There is a bus stop within 150 metres of the shopping centre.
- Liverpool ONE bus station is located in Canning Place with multiple bus services and destinations available.

- The nearest railway station is James Street.
- James Street Station is a short 5 minute walk away. It has a regular schedule of trains to Liverpool from the Wirral. This includes direct links to West Kirby, Chester, Ellesmere Port and New Brighton, with many other stops along the way.
Liverpool Central is just under 10 minutes away from Liverpool ONE; this station has links to Southport, Ormskirk, Hunts Cross and Liverpool South Parkway (for airport links).
