Toilet and Changing Facilities
- There are 4 toilets with adaptations.
- Toilets with adaptations are located on Level 2, next to Harrods; on Level 3, next to Dune; and on Level 3, to the right along the corridor from Wetherspoons.
- The transfer space within the toilets with adaptations varies between left and right.
- Changing Places facilities are located in the terminal but staff must be informed before use. Passengers needing to use the facility should enquire at the Special Assistance Reception in good time before their flight.
- Step-free male and female standard toilet facilities are located on Level 2, next to Harrods; on Level 3, next to Dune; and on Level 3, to the right along the corridor from Wetherspoons.
- Step-free standard toilets which include facilities for ambulant disabled people are located on Level 2, next to Harrods; on Level 3, next to Dune; and on Level 3, to the right along the corridor from Wetherspoons.
- Parent and baby changing facilities are located next to each toilet with adaptations.
Stairs (From Security to World Duty Free)
- The floors which are accessible by stairs are 2 and 3.
- There are more than 20 steps, which are clearly marked, with handrails on both sides.
- The handrails are easy to grip.
- The handrails cover the flight of stairs throughout its length.
- The handrails extend horizontally beyond the first and last step.
- Steps are split with a resting area.
- The height of the highest step is 17cm.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
Escalator (From Security to World Duty Free)
- The escalator is located to the left as you exit security.
- The floors which are accessible by escalator are 2 and 3.
- Escalators only go down.
- The escalator steps are unmarked.
- The foot (bottom) and head (top) of the escalator are clearly marked.
- Lighting levels are moderate to good.
World Duty Free

- World Duty Free is located on Level 2 of the Departures Lounge.
- The most accessible route from Security to World Duty Free has step-free level access and a lift.
- There is a short cut available for those with mobility issues to bypass the World Duty Free.
- Some flooring is shiny.

- The majority of aisle widths are 150cm+.
- There is clear signage to the departure lounge.
