Route (Careers Office to the Richardson Building)
- Turn left after exiting the Careers Office (Elm Grove) and continue alongside the Elm Grove building, turning left before the Library up a long slope with a slight gradient.
- The route continues upwards along a tree-lined walkway between Elm Grove Halls on the left, and the Sir David Bell Building on the right.
- When reaching some bollards at the top of the slope, continue diagonally left across the shared road surface towards the Richardson Building main entrance.
- The approximate distance of this section of the route is 130m.
- This section of the route has surfaced footpaths.
- Surfaced footpaths consist of: paving slabs.
- Some footpaths have sections with potential obstacles such as: narrow gaps and bins.
- Footpaths are step-free but have slight slopes.
- The footpaths are wide enough for wheelchair users.

Route (Richardson Building To Digby Stuart Square)
- The route continues to the right in front of the Richardson Building, towards the large cream-coloured Dorothy Buchanan Building on the left.
- Turn left between the Richardson Building and the Dorothy Buchanan buildings and continue on a slope with a steep gradient alongside the front of the Dorothy Buchanan Building.
- There is an unmarked trip hazard along here, on the right-hand side.
- The slope levels out before reaching the white-coloured Howard Building ahead.
- Continue left along the front of the Howard Building keeping left to access a ramp with a slope on a steep gradient and handrails on both sides.
- After the ramp, continue up a slope with a slight gradient to turn right under a covered walkway.
- Continue under the walkway past the Howard Building main entrance on the right, and the entrance to The Digby Den Diner and Café on the left.
- The other side of the walkway opens out on the left into Digby Stuart Square.
- The approximate distance of this section of the route is 130m.

Route (Digby Stuart Square To Medical Centre)
- Continuing ahead into Digby Stuart Square between the Digby Den and Diner and The Hive Café, turn right in front of Digby Chapel up a long slope on a steep gradient.
- Continue towards the exit to Digby Stuart Square through a brick archway and upwards on a long slope with a very easy gradient, which soon levels out.
- Turn left past Garden Court on the left and continue diagonally to the far right corner of the courtyard towards a covered walkway.
- Continue through the walkway into the Old Court courtyard, and then across to the far right corner of the courtyard towards another covered walkway on a slope with a very easy gradient.
- The entrance to the Medical Centre can be seen immediately to the right after the exit from the archway.
- The approximate distance of this section of the route is 150m.
- This section of the route has both surfaced and unsurfaced paths.
- Surfaced footpaths consist of: concrete, block paving, paving slabs and cobbles.
- Path or trail surfaces consist of: compact gravel.
- Paths have some sections with potential obstacles such as: uneven surfaces and bins.
- Footpaths and paths are step-free but have steep slopes.
- Paths are wide enough for wheelchair users.
- Signage here includes: wayfinding.
- There is some seating available for people to rest.
