The Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora and the adjacent adults-only RedLevel at Gran Meliá Palacio de Isora offer a generally accessible environment, with step-free access available throughout the majority of the estate and many public facilities designed to support guests with reduced mobility. The resort benefits from accessible parking options, lifts to guest accommodation, adapted toilet facilities, and wheelchair-accessible routes to restaurants, bars, pools, and leisure areas. 

Within the main resort, a number of adapted bedrooms are available, while the exclusive RedLevel section provides step-free access to all bedrooms via lifts and ramps, although it does not currently offer adapted guestrooms. Across both areas, guests may encounter some steep ramps, gentle slopes, uneven paving, and occasional narrow walkways, particularly around outdoor grounds, pool areas, and certain accommodation corridors.

Additional accessibility features include lift controls with tactile and Braille markings, accessible WC facilities, seating throughout the grounds, and the availability of wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs, and mobility scooters for hire. However, hearing assistance systems are not currently provided in reception or public areas. 

Overall, the estate provides a good level of accessibility for many guests with mobility requirements, with extensive step-free routes and accessible facilities, although some areas may be challenging due to gradients and uneven surfaces.
