About UCL

UCL has worked with AccessAble to provide access guides to staff, students and visitors to our world leading university, we hope you find them useful.

We are committed to meeting the needs of everyone using our buildings, facilities and services. This means striving to improve our complex heritage estate to make it as accessible as we can by systematically identifying and removing barriers in our buildings.

All our new and refurbished buildings will follow our Inclusive Design Strategy as we continue to look for design solutions to make our buildings more accessible and inclusive to everyone.

You can read about how we are making our campus more inclusive on our Estates webpage. You can read about our extensive £1.25 billion building programme on the Transforming UCL pages.

If you would like further information about UCL’s facilities and support please email: [email protected] or telephone 020 7679 0000 (8am-5pm Monday – Friday), please note should they be unable to answer your query themselves they will ensure you are connected to someone who can assist.
