Stadium Overview

    • Lord's is the home of the MCC and has a capacity of 31,000.
    • The ground has 7 stands and event and hospitality facilities.
    • Hospitality and conferencing facilities are located in the Pavilion, Warner Stand, Grand Stand, Compton Stand, Edrich Stand, and Mound Stand.
    • The stands with designated viewing areas are Mound, Edrich, Compton, Grand, and Warner.
    • There are also designated viewing areas in the Members Pavilion.
    • Additional facilities at the stadium include a museum and tour, food village, Lord's Performance Centre and Filipa's Café Bar.

    • The nearest step-free train station is Marylebone.

    • The following underground stations are near to the ground.
    • St. John’s Wood – Jubilee line (10 minutes; but often heavily congested).
    • Baker Street – Bakerloo, Circle, Jubilee, Metropolitan, Hammersmith & City lines (18 minutes).
    • Warwick Avenue – Bakerloo line (4 minutes to Tavern and Allen).
    • Marylebone – Bakerloo line (12 minutes).
    • Edgware Road – Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines (20 minutes).
    • Paddington - Bakerloo, Circle, District and Hammersmith & City lines (20 minutes).
    • Those travelling by Underground to or from Lord’s requiring step-free access are advised to use local bus services from the following stations: Kilburn (Jubilee line) - Number 189 bus from stop B (on Shoot-up Hill).
    • Golders Green (Northern line) - Number 13 bus from stop GF (within bus station outside the station entrance).

    • The standalone parent and baby rooms are located in the Compton and Edrich Stands.
  • Getting Help and Assistance View

    • There is a designated safe space which can be used by people with dementia, autism or learning disabilities.
    • The designated safe space is located in the multi faith room.
    • Audio description commentary is available at this stadium.
    • There is an audio description service which provides visually impaired spectators with ball-by-ball commentary of matches at Lord’s.
    • For all international matches, matches involving Middlesex and The Hundred, commentary is provided by the BBC.
    • On several other match days, MCC provides its own commentary service.
    • Headsets are available from the Head Steward's Office (located at the back of the Mound Stand). The headsets fit over a standard hearing aid.
    • Spectators visiting Lord's on an international match day are advised to book a headset to ensure availability.

Toilet and Changing Facilities

  • Toilet Facilities View
    • The toilets with adaptations are located within the Mound, Edrich, Compton, Grand and Warner Stands and the Pavilion.
    • The transfer space varies between left and right in the toilets with adaptations.
    • Ambulant toilet facilities are located within the standard toilets in the Mound and Grand Stands.
    • Female and male step-free standard toilet facilities are located on ground floor of the Warner Stand and the upper levels of the Compton, Edrich and Grand Stands and in the hospitality areas.
    • Gender neutral step-free standard toilet facilities are located on the corner of the Edrich Stand.
    • Female and male standard toilet facilities with stepped access are located on the ground level of the Mound, Compton, Edrich and Grand Stands.

    • Changing Places facilities are located next to the Compton Stand and next to the Pavilion.

    • Standard changing facilities are located in the Performance Centre, on the ground floor, in the corridor behind reception.
    • Parent and baby changing facilities are located in the Performance Centre on the 1st floor in a corridor off the seating area in Filipa's Café Bar and at the rear of the Compton and Edrich Stands.
